FAQ:

Q1:Why can't USB-C output?(USB-A, DC can output normally)

A2:

There are two reasons:

1. The solar energy is not strong enough to reach the USB-C fast charging power. (It is suggest to use the solar panel at noon without any shelter.)

2. USB-C uses the PD protocol, and the two parties' protocols must match each other for normal output. The device may not match the PD protocol of the solar panel. Matching takes about 1 minute.

Q2: Is the FF Flashfish solar panel waterproof?

A2: No, the FF Flashfish Solar Panel is not waterproof. To Maximize the lifespan of the module,Please don't make it get wet.

Q3: How long does it take for 1pcs TSP18V60W to fully charge the E200?
A3: The maximum input of E200 is 40W. The utilization rate of solar panels is generally 60%. 60W*60%=36W. 151WH/(36W*90%)=4.7h, 4.7h*1.1=5.2h.
In the case of sufficient sunlight, it takes about 5.2 hours for 1pcs TSP18V60W to fully charge the E200.
(Other power stations are also calculated in the same way)

Q4: Why is the output power of solar panels low?
A4: Too many white clouds will affect the lighting conditions, and solar panels absorb light energy instead of heat energy.
(1) The intensity of light: such as haze weather, cloudy weather and other weather will be far less than the nominal data.
(2) Surface temperature: The lower the surface temperature, the better the power performance. Therefore, the output of solar panels in winter will be much higher than in summer. The temperature of the light in summer is close to 60°C, so even if the light is good, it will be 13% lower than the nominal % power.
(3) The angle of the sun's rays: the effect of vertical 90°C is the best.
(4) Whether there is occlusion: Any occlusion will affect the efficiency. For example: projection, foreign objects, glass, tree branches, tents, etc.

Note:
1. Solar panel charge conversion depends on the angle of direct sunlight, temperature,
weather, charging time
2. Always face the front side of solar panel toward the sun to get maximum effiffifficiency
3. Please make sure the solar panel is completely unfolded when using
4. Solar panel can not store power, can only convert the sun power to electricity energy
