Feature

[Manual leather thinning machine, very suitable for leathercraft]Come with 10pcs black sharp blade and 1pcs G clip. you could hold the machine with your hand or fix it on the table with G clip to pull out the leather.

[High quality material]This leather thinning machine is made of 304 stainless steel, durable and not easy to rust, it can serve you for a long time.

[Practical and strong, low maintenance costs, simple operation.]Press the handle down and the rollers leave the work panel, then the leather can be inserted, pulling the strip back to complete the peeling operation. You can use this machine to skive small straps, belt and watch bands. Applicable leather materials: vegetable tanned leather, bridle leather, belt leather, hard leather, thick leather, etc.

[Thickness adjustable]There are adjusting screws at both ends of the machine to adjust the thickness of the peeling.The leather with sufficient grease and slightly soft can be thinned to about 0.5mm; The leather with insufficient grease and hard, and the thickness of thinned leather will be a little thicker than the former.

[Maximum cutting width 8cm/3.15inch]The maximum width of the leather that can be skived is 8cm/3.15 inches; For beginners, the leather width should not exceed 5cm/2 inches.

Note :

1, The above values are reference values, the actual cutting width is subject to the quality of leather, the proficiency and operation level of operators, they are very important factors affecting the cutting width.

2, The machine sharpness is directly related to the blade.It is recommended to replace the blade frequently or choose a higher quality blade.

3, Wipe the roller clean before use to prevent staining the leather. It is recommended to use scrap leather for test first.

About size

Thinning thickness: Recommended to be thinned to 0.8mm above.

Application parameters

Add a bearing to make it smoother.

Remove the screw to replace the blade.

It is recommend to uses a conventional blade with a width of 18mm/0.71 inches.

Maximum cutting width 8cm/3.15inch

The wider the leather is, the more difficult it is to operate. The maximum width can be skived is 8cm/3.15 inches; For beginners or for soft leather, the leather width should not exceed 5cm/2 inches.

Sharp blade with rust prevention treatment

Control the screw to adjust the cutting thickness.

Rotate left and right to adjust the cutting thickness.

The blade is exposed a little more, for cutting harder and thicker leather.

The blade is less exposed, suitable for cutting soft and thin leather.

Thinnest cutting thickness: Recommended to be thinned to 0.8mm above.

Operation method

1.Press the handle down, the roller leaves the blade.
2.Put the leather with the back facing up, then pull out the leather evenly and forcefully.

Machine fixing method

①The bottom plate can be fixed on the table and shelf with screws.
②It can be fixed on the table with G clip.
